Tasks Screen

The tasks calendar displays the tasks from your jobs on a calendar to help you prioritise your workload between days and drivers whilst ensuring you don't forget any important tasks.

Colours

Unscheduled Tasks (Clicking these will take you to the Unscheduled Tasks screen to manage)

• Red are unscheduled tasks in the past - it's possible these have been missed as all tasks should be scheduled or closed off.
• Orange shows unscheduled tasks for today - these should be scheduled as soon as possible.
• Yellow are upcoming unscheduled tasks

Scheduled Tasks (Clicking takes you to the Tasks screen)

• Green block indicates jobs which are scheduled to be done today.
• Blue block indicates jobs which are scheduled to be done in the future.
• Grey indicates jobs which are scheduled in the past.

Coloured Numbers

• Green Numbers - the number of jobs completed.
• Red Numbers - number of jobs yet to be completed.
