You can add multiple admin users to Board Clever which will help you track activities and assign tasks to different drivers.
You should find you own Admin account is already in Team, first thing is to check any details which may be incorrect or missing.
Role
Admin - this role is for your administrators that will manage the jobs within the system and allocate them to the drivers. They have unrestricted access within the system and have access to everything Portal Users and Book Keepers do, plus manage jobs, configure all settings, delete users, manage clients etc. Your administrator can also be a driver if you're a single user account.
Portal User - restricted user that cannot administer your Board Clever settings. When creating a driver you would normally make them a Portal User and set Driver to Yes (See below).
Book Keeper - This user is designed to give access to your invoicing to your internal accounts team.
Address Details
The address you enter here will be used by the driver routing to plot the start and end points of a day. As such if your driver starts their day from their home, then this address should be their home address.
Driver
Your license will permit you to allocate a restricted number of drivers. If you'd like to add more drivers please contact the sale team who can manage your license requirements.
